How it works
This tool lets you send a text, a small file, or both to another person via a temporary link protected with a password. The content is encrypted in your browser before leaving your device.
The server stores only encrypted data: it never receives the text, the original file, or the password. So, if the password is lost, no one can recover or open the secret.
Share the link and the password through separate channels —for example, the link by email and the password by message— so that anyone who intercepts just one cannot see the content.

Frequently asked questions
How do I create a secret's link?
Write up to 500,000 characters of text or select a file up to 500 KiB, enter a password of at least 12 characters, adjust the days it stays and the views, and press Create link. Then share the link and the password through separate channels.
How do I open a secret I received?
Open the link you received and enter the password shared with you. If the password is correct and the link is still valid, you will see the text, download the file, or both.
When does the secret stop being available?
When the chosen expiration is reached or the views run out. Each successful open consumes a view; attempts with an incorrect password consume none.
What are unlimited views?
If you enable them, the secret does not depend on a number of opens and is only deleted when it reaches expiration or through an allowed manual deletion.
Can I delete a secret before it expires?
Yes. When you create the secret, a deletion link is generated; keep it in a private place. You can also allow whoever opens the secret to delete it after reading it.
What happens if I lose the password?
There is no way to recover it or to open the secret without it. We do not store the password, the text, or the original file, so we cannot open it for you.
Can the server read my secret?
No. Encryption and decryption happen entirely in your browser; the server only receives and stores encrypted data, without the original content or the password.
